Digital Content Generalist I

Overview

In this permanent role you will deliver practical legal guidance and market insight to support legal professionals. You will review and develop content, perform legal research, and collaborate with subject matter experts to improve the Lexis+ offering while upholding high quality and accuracy. You’ll contribute to initiatives that grow the product and ensure content remains current and useful for practitioners. This role blends research, writing, and cross‑functional collaboration in a tech‑driven legal information environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new and existing content for quality and legal accuracy, proposing process improvements
• Monitor developments and maintain trackers for consultations, cases and dates
• Draft practical guidance content (FAQs, practice notes, precedents, trackers, checklists)
• Conduct legal research and liaise with subject matter experts within Practical Guidance teams
• Support development and implementation of initiatives to enhance the Lexis+ offering
