Overview

In this Associate role, you join a London Real Estate team handling high-profile commercial property work for major clients. You will support investment acquisitions, disposals, financings, and development projects, with emphasis on complex landlord–tenant and investment matters. You’ll work in a collaborative, mentor-led environment that offers early responsibility and strong professional development. Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Support financings, refinancings, and complex structuring
• Contribute to development projects including planning and environmental matters
• Handle sale and leasebacks and ongoing property management
• Advise corporate clients on landlord–tenant and investment matters
• Apply strong negotiation and client-handling skills across transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-profile deals
• Develop and maintain relationships with major property companies, banks, and investors

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• 3–5 years of Real Estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and ideally development
• Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
• Strong academic background
• Background from peer City practice, regional office of a large firm, or leading West End team

• Client-facing and negotiation excellence
