Overview

In this role you will drive growth by engaging a national wealth network through face-to-face partner visits, educating Partners on the Flagstone proposition, and removing barriers to referrals. You will act as the primary support contact for Partners, manage a regional pipeline, and feed insights back to improve the partner experience. Responsibilities

  • Own a defined regional portfolio of Partners and drive referral quality and volume
  • Visit Partners in offices and at events to build durable, face-to-face relationships
  • Engage inactive Partners to unlock referral activity and deepen engagement with active Partners
  • Deliver clear presentations of the Flagstone proposition to Partners
  • Keep Partners updated on product developments and adviser framework
  • Capture feedback on objections and friction to improve referrals
  • Serve as primary support for Partners with questions about Flagstone and referrals
  • Maintain a current regional pipeline with engagement, referrals, and conversion data
  • Report to Relationships Team Lead on regional performance and opportunities

Key requirements

  • Field-based sales or relationship management experience with a track record of converting engagement to commercial outcomes
  • Comfort working in the field daily with travel and in-person interaction
  • Strong presence and communication skills with financial advisers and wealth professionals
  • Understanding of the financial advice market, IFA and restricted adviser landscape
  • Familiarity with large national wealth networks and APPROVED Representatives dynamics (advantage)
  • Financial literacy to discuss cash, interest rates, FSCS, and multi-bank diversification
  • Commercial drive and self-direction to own regional performance
  • Organised territory management including pipeline tracking and follow-ups
