Private Client Associate Solicitor
TSR Legal is currently working with an established and well-respected law firm that is looking to appoint a Private Client Associate Solicitor to its Birmingham team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who is looking for more than simply managing a caseload. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers, advise a quality client base and become involved in the continued development of a growing Private Client practice. The firm has an excellent reputation across the region and offers a supportive, collaborative environment where ambitious lawyers are encouraged to develop their careers and build strong client relationships.
The Opportunity
You will handle a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals, families and business owners across areas including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Wealth preservation and asset protection
- Supporting the development of existing and new client relationships
About You
The successful candidate is likely to be a UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years’ Private Client experience, although applications from candidates with a strong background at a slightly different level will be considered.
You should have:
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Private Client matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach
- The confidence to build and develop client relationships
- Ambition to progress your career within a growing practice
- The ability to work collaboratively while managing your own caseload effectively
