In this role you lead high-impact transformation programs for Retail & CPG clients, blending advisory, programme leadership and delivery excellence. You shape the transformation agenda, steer multi-disciplinary teams and ensure outcomes across people, processes and technology. You’ll drive business development, build client partnerships and contribute to a growing transformation practice. The role combines strategic thinking with execution discipline to unlock value through digital, AI and sustainable change.

Responsibilities
- Define transformation strategy and roadmaps for Retail & CPG clients (operating-model redesign, process optimisation, system modernisation, change)
- Lead programme initiation, planning, execution and delivery within scope, time, cost and quality
- Oversee multiple workstreams (commercial optimisation, end-to-end process transformation, digital/IT, sustainability, cost-efficiency, organisational redesign)
- Manage interdependencies, risks, resources and benefits with governance and reporting
- Act as senior client relationship owner with C-suite and leaders; build advisory alignment
- Facilitate workshops to design future-state models, blueprints, business cases and operating models
- Provide programme management excellence: budget control, profitability, leadership and mentoring
- Identify and shape new business opportunities; contribute to go-to-market and client proposals
- Represent the firm in thought leadership and industry forums
- Understand regulatory and operational constraints to craft pragmatic, value-driven solutions
- Lead change-management efforts including communications, training, adoption tracking
