In this role you will manage vehicle orders, registrations and handover documentation to ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll support the sales team across the process from enquiry to handover, maintaining accurate records and compliant processes. Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
- Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles with precise handling
- Support the sales process from enquiry to handover to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties in compliant records
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Key requirements
- Strong background in administration in a busy environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems for data, reporting and documentation
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and find quick solutions
- Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy of orders, invoices and documentation
- Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential
