Compliance Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive compliance across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring planned visits and maintenance meet statutory requirements. You’ll collaborate with clients to identify improvements, document responsibilities, and develop processes that sustain compliance. You will conduct site audits across 42 client locations, report findings, and steer corrective actions. The role combines field work with process ownership, offering meaningful impact on safety, risk reduction, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete planned compliance visits and maintenance to meet statutory requirements
• Raise remedial works and propose corrective actions to minimise risk across the estate
• Collaborate with customers to identify concerns and set shared goals with action plans
• Define and document clear areas of responsibility to enable effective collaboration
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures ensuring compliance across client sites
• Conduct site audits according to programme, report issues, and track actions to completion
• Travel regularly across 42 client sites in England to support audits, compliance activities and stakeholder engagement

Key requirements

• Experience in Facilities Management or building-services industry
• Strong understanding of statutory and mandatory compliance in built environment
• Experience using and configuring CAFM systems, ideally Concept Evolution
• Knowledge of FM service delivery and associated contractual/ commercial implications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Willingness and ability to travel to all 42 client sites across England
• Full UK driving licence
