Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and regulatory advice on major projects
- Handle procurement and subsidy control matters
- Conduct due diligence and support delivery of infrastructure and energy projects
- Engage with high-profile clients across renewable energy, defence, transport and public sector procurement
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to manage high-value matters
Key requirements
- Solictor in England & Wales qualified by September 2026
- Seat in Projects or experience in Commercial, Corporate, Banking & Finance or Construction
- Demonstrable interest in energy, infrastructure, public sector or regulated industries
- Enjoy problem solving and working at pace
