Evening Health Care Assistant – Empowering Daily Living

Exemplar Health Care’s Acer Mews care home in Ashton-under-Lyne is hiring a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs. You’ll work 24 hours per week, 6pm-12am, and help with daily living tasks under the Exemplar Care Certificate framework.

You’ll provide personal care, assist at meal times, support health and wellbeing, promote dignity and independence, and maintain accurate care records. A caring, cheerful and communicative approach is essential.
