Health Care Assistant (Female)

About the RoleOasis Homecare is seeking a compassionate and reliable female Care Assistant to support clients in their own home. This is a rewarding role supporting an individual who requires full assistance with personal care and daily living.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Support with mobility and safe transfers
• Assist with meal preparation and hydration
• Administer or prompt medication as required
• Support with daily routines and maintain a safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to the office

About You

• Kind, patient and respectful approach
• Comfortable providing full personal care
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Previous care experience preferred (training can be provided)
• Offer of employment will be subject to DBS check being completed
• Driving License and access to a vehicle is preferred however not essential.

Additional InformationThis role requires a female care assistant due to the nature of personal care being provided, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
