Overview

In this program you’ll grow into a Business Consultant by learning quickly and delivering value early. You’ll work with experienced colleagues on customer engagements to design high-impact business solutions, leveraging Veeva’s industry insights and technology. You’ll help speed drug development and improve launches while shaping client engagement models. Responsibilities

• Support and deliver components of customer engagements (communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, timelines)
• Collaborate with colleagues to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models
• Leverage Veeva software and data to drive tangible business and operational solutions
• Engage in early client-facing work to understand operations and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to projects that accelerate drug development and product launches

Key requirements

• Desire to participate in an intense program and environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Process-driven with a passion for analyzing operations and data
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academics
• Recent university graduate (≤2 years postgrad)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship)
