Senior Implementation Consultant – Pharmacovigilance / Safety Systems (Remote)

Overview

In this Senior Consultant role, you will drive the successful delivery of Vault Safety implementations for life sciences customers. You will act as project manager and/or solution architect across global, complex deployments, shaping business processes and best practices. You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes while mentoring junior consultants. The position offers remote work flexibility within the UK and travel to meet customer needs as required, contributing to Veeva’s mission to accelerate patient therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety for life sciences customers
• Serve as project manager and/or solution architect in global/complex deployments across all project phases
• Provide subject matter expertise on implementation methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to advance the Safety practice
• Mentor project team and junior consultants
• Support cross-team collaboration and contribute to capability development

Key requirements

• 5+ years in life sciences with experience in Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Healthcare, or related Safety
• 3+ years in technology consulting with experience in complex/global implementations (consultant, business/functional analyst, or project manager)
• Strong knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering on quality, time, and budget
• Autonomous in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Excellent English written and oral communication; fluent in one of Italian, Spanish, French, or German
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Willingness to travel as required
