Overview

In this role you will lead day-to-day operational management of clinical trials in the London office, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and applicable regulations. You will act as the primary sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables, while guiding cross-functional teams and supervising site quality. The position offers remote flexibility for relevant experience and a strong focus on oncology or other therapeutic areas. You will shape study plans, risk management, and vendor oversight to drive successful trial execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of trials per contract and regulatory standards
  • Serve as sponsor contact for operational issues and deliverables
  • Maintain deep knowledge of protocol and therapeutic area
  • Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure training for project team
  • Review protocols, data checks, analysis plans, and study reports when applicable
  • Develop operational project plans and manage risk
  • Oversee study vendors
  • Supervise site quality and CRAs with monitoring deliverables

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health or life sciences (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in Clinical Trial Management
  • CRO experience preferred
  • Experience in Phases 1-4 (2-3 preferred)
  • Management of overall project timelines
  • Bid defense experience preferred
