Executive Director, HEOR Modeling

Overview

Executive Director at Parexel HEOR Consulting leads a service line, drives profitable project delivery, and shapes short- to long-term HEOR strategy with a focus on AI application. Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and profitability across multiple engagements, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Mentor and manage performance of staff, drive succession planning and staff development
• Deliver consulting services across disciplines, act as trusted advisor to clients, and represent clients to regulatory bodies
• Drive business development and account planning, identify follow-on opportunities, and lead bid defense discussions
• Meet metrics and governance requirements, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and align with Parexel policies
• Engage in thought leadership activities, collaborate with global centers of excellence, and contribute to white papers and publications

Key requirements

• 10+ years of management experience in life sciences or consulting
• 15+ years of general experience in the field
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline; MSc/PhD preferred
• Proven leadership of direct reports and multi-project oversight
• Strong financial acumen and project budgeting experience
• Ability to interact with senior and executive client management
