Overview

As Editorial Content Creator / Producer, you will craft platform-first content that informs and engages across Lookfantastic content hub, YouTube, and social channels. You’ll blend editorial, video production, and SEO-driven storytelling to boost organic discovery, guided by GEO and AI-focused strategies. You’ll lead the Social Producer to amplify campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. This is a hands-on role shaping how THG Beauty tells its stories at scale.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality articles, expert features, buying guides and educational content from research to editing
• Develop YouTube and editorial video content including scripts, storyboards, briefs and filming coordination
• Repurpose editorial content into video, social and multimedia formats with Social Producer for platform-first storytelling
• Manage and develop the Social Producer to amplify campaigns across social channels
• Optimize content using SEO, GEO and AI discoverability, including internal linking and topical authority
• Manage and refresh the Content Hub, identifying evergreen opportunities
• Collaborate with SEO, Social, PR, Creative, CRM, Copywriters and external experts on campaigns and launches
• Use analytics to track performance, identify opportunities and test new formats

Key requirements

• Proven experience creating digital editorial content with strong writing, editing and storytelling
• Experience producing YouTube or video-first content and managing production workflows
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization, with knowledge of GEO and AI discoverability
• Excellent organization, project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
