Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Work on new build transactions and shared ownership matters
- Cover a broad mix of files from first‑time buyers to high‑value properties
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to ensure quality client service
Key requirements
- 0-3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing or equivalent experience
- Solid experience managing own residential property files
- Client‑focused approach with excellent communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
