Overview

In this role you will support a busy Real Estate Plots team by handling residential plot sales for major housebuilder clients. You will manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy, including title work, enquiries, exchanges and completions, while coordinating with clients and internal teams. The position offers hybrid working and clear development pathways within a collaborative firm. You will help uphold excellent service standards and meet tight deadlines, contributing to high-profile residential projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape conveyancing for new build developments within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload (~100 matters)
  • Handle title investigations, enquiries, exchanges and completions
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues and internal teams
  • Support related Real Estate work such as site set ups, section agreements and deeds of variation
  • Deliver work to tight deadlines while maintaining high service standards
  • Act for housebuilder clients on sale of new build plots

Key requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
  • Plot sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage files with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including case management systems
  • Qualification by experience, CILEX or Chartered Legal Executive (Solicitors not considered unless non-traditional route)
