Junior Residential Property Solicitor – Bristol – 1-3 Years PQE

Overview

In this role you support a busy Bristol residential property team, handling core conveyancing matters under senior guidance. You will join a collaborative environment that offers development pathways and exposure to high-quality work. You’ll help manage a mixed caseload and progressively take on more complex tasks. The opportunity suits a motivated solicitor or experienced paralegal aiming to grow into a fee-earning role with strong client care. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with clear progression as you contribute to the team’s goals.

Pay / Benefits

• Hybrid working: 2 days from home
• 9 day fortnight after probation
• Competitive salary (£45,000–£55,000 DOE)

Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
• Manage transfers of equity
• Assist with remortgages
• Support lease extensions
• Liaise with clients, agents and introducers
• Take on increasingly complex tasks as experience grows

Key requirements

• 1-3 years’ PQE (or equivalent)
• Solicitor, FCILEX, Licensed Conveyancer OR strong paralegal with solid conveyancing experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage files with supervision
• Eagerness to develop and take on more complex work
