Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
• Handle sales and purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity
• Provide fee-earning service within a conveyancing team and work independently
• Maintain client communication and progress matters with attention to deadlines and quality
• Collaborate with the team to support overall property transactions and compliance

Key requirements

• Qualified as solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
• Proven experience in a conveyancing team as a fee earner
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload
• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience across diverse conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build, transfers of equity)
