Part-Time Care Home Maintenance Technician

Burnview Healthcare in Northern Ireland is seeking a part-time Maintenance Person for our care home. You will carry out routine maintenance, respond to repairs, and liaise with external contractors to keep the building safe and well maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, garden upkeep, safety checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting), and maintaining records for compliance.
