Care Home Activities Lead: Enrich Residents’ Days

Westerton Care Home in Bearsden is seeking an experienced Activities Lead to deliver a varied, person-centred activities programme for residents. The role requires delivering both group and one-to-one activities, adapting to individual needs, especially for those living with dementia.

You will work closely with the Home Manager and care team, maintain activity records, and ensure events complement care plans while fostering social interaction and wellbeing.
