EU CRM Lead (Spanish/Italian) for Lifecycle Growth

Monzo is seeking a CRM Manager to establish and grow CRM across EU markets. You will define how we communicate with customers throughout their lifecycle, build scalable processes, and own the ongoing engagement strategy with multilingual capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Spanish or Italian speaker with a proven track record in CRM execution across channels, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to drive sustainable growth as Monzo expands internationally.
