Front of House Supervisor – Lead Dynamic Guest Service

Harper’s Steakhouse Southampton is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the busy service, support the team and ensure guests leave with a great impression.

You will run pre-service briefings, drive promotions, upsell and coach staff, while collaborating with the kitchen to keep service smooth. The role offers progression toward General Manager and access to staff discounts and development opportunities.
