Care Home Administrator & Operations Lead

The Oaks, Rubery, is seeking an Administrator to support daily operations, reporting to the Home Manager. You will handle pre-employment checks, recruitment coordination, and maintain resident and staff files with strict confidentiality.

Based at The Oaks (71-bed nursing and dementia care home), you will lead the reception team, conduct 1:1s and appraisals, and assist with budgets. A care-home background is essential for success.
