Engagement & Activities Lead for Dementia Care Homes

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and implement engaging activities for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will support the Home Manager with fundraising events and help Residents socialise by developing new activity ideas with a friendly, kind approach.

Successful candidates will have experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
