Lead Senior Care Assistant – Dementia & Personal Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver compassionate, person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure dignified, independent living for residents.

The role requires Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care with progression toward Level 3, plus experience in dementia care and care planning.
