Housing Support Officer: Project Impact Leader

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a Housing Support Officer for Project Impact, based at Ruthin Road, working across the county to help vulnerable tenants sustain independent living and prevent homelessness.

You will assess eligibility, develop and agree support plans, deliver tailored support, and regularly review plans with tenants, including exit strategies for those ready to move on.
