HR Operations Manager

Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Job Description:

HR Manager (3-6 Month FTC) £37,000-£40,777 Starting ASAP

• Education role – secondary school reporting into the HR Director
• The post-holder will provide a high-quality, consistent and professional HR service, ensuring that HR matters are managed effectively in line with the policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Employee Relations

• Low-level ER casework.
• Provide higher-level HR advice and guidance.
• Support Headteachers with following correct procedures.
• Ensure consistency in managing employee relations.

General HR

• Work with HR administrators to support yours and others work
• Work alongside HRBP and Director of People.

• The Role

• 3-6 month contract, covering sickness.
• ASAP start.
• Onsite working (some flexibility, but mostly onsite)
• CIPD Level 5 desirable (working towards Level 7 viewed positively). It is desirable that you have experience of schools and education and of supporting administration staff.
