Customer Experience Advisor (In-Store & Online)

Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver the best shopping experience in-store and at collection points. You’ll assist customers on tills, help with website screens on the shopfloor, and handle payments and refunds.

You’ll stock the floor, restock deliveries, answer questions, and build product knowledge to offer recommendations. Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
