Key Responsibilities

• – Promote and sell the company’s range of building materials and merchant products through online sales channels..
• – Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, website, telephone, and social media..
• – Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up to secure sales..
• – Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers..
• – Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets..
• – Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment..
• – Maintain accurate customer information and sales records using the company CRM system..
• – Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally..

Requirements

• – Previous experience in sales, customer service, or builders’ merchant sales is desirable..
• – Strong communication and negotiation skills..
• – Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office..
• – Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks..
• – A proactive approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
