Overview
Experienced Corporate Solicitor sought to lead and develop the firm's corporate legal services in Cheshire. You will oversee a team, supervise cases, and deliver strategic advice to corporate clients on M&A, joint ventures, restructures, and contracts. The role combines leadership with hands-on practice to drive growth and high-performance service. You will shape the corporate department’s strategy and client delivery within a supportive, values-driven firm.

- supervise case work and monitor delivery of legal services
- provide legal advice across M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures, and commercial contracts
- contribute to strategic planning and growth of the corporate department

- minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate law
