Shop Manager — Lead a Charity Retail Team & Impact

Cats Protection in Eastbourne is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our Retail team. You will manage a team of employees and volunteers, ensuring safe day-to-day operations and driving shop performance.

You will own income and budgets, act as a brand ambassador for the charity, and support the wider Cats Protection mission. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours on a rota including weekends, with a starting salary of £25,644 per annum.
