Branch Customer Consultant – Banking & Digital Help

Nationwide Building Society is hiring a Customer Consultant at our Lerwick, Shetland branch. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Saturday, with comprehensive training and an emphasis on delivering great customer experiences.

You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, and help them access digital services while guiding them to suitable banking products, in a busy, supportive environment.
