Charity Retail Store Associate & Emerging Leader

Barnardo’s in Carlisle is seeking a Store Associate to support the store manager with day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service and help maximise sales and profit. The role is part-time, on-site, with full training and development opportunities and a clear path to promotion.

You will be well organized with strong communication skills and ready to learn how to lead a small team in the manager’s absence, in a supportive charity retail environment.
