Charity Shop Sales Assistant – Customer Focus & Impact

Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support our Shop Manager and a team of volunteers in a busy charity shop in Lancaster. You’ll help maintain visual merchandising, assist customers, promote Gift Aid, handle paperwork, and contribute to a high standard of service.

The role involves assisting in training volunteers, sorting donated stock, and occasional travel to other SATCoL shops.
