Shop Supervisor – Charity Retail | Lead Volunteers

Sue Ryder Woodley is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead a busy charity shop in Reading. The role is 13.5 hours per week on a rota including Saturdays and Sundays, with starts 8.45am and a focus on delivering excellent customer service and fundraising impact.

You will supervise volunteers, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and work with the Shop Manager to support the store’s goals, health and safety, and community engagement.
