RTA Claims & Settlement Advisor

Carpenters Group in the UK is seeking experienced legal advisors to support high-volume RTA Fast Track claims. You will assist with caseload management, ensure robust claims handling, and focus on delivering favorable client outcomes while contributing to fee generation.

The role requires knowledge of CPR, legislation and case law, with strong MS Office and case management system skills. You will liaise with medical agencies, experts, insurers and other parties to progress cases.
