Partnership of Care is seeking a Supported Living Appointed Manager to lead a staff team across a South Wales-based service. You will drive a person-centred approach, empower residents to lead independent lives and ensure high-quality care and governance.

The role focuses on leadership, resident support, quality management, health and safety, and equity. A permanent or part-time contract is offered with pension and extensive training.
