Overview

As National Sales Manager, you lead the UK Homecare sales effort within a global healthcare organisation. You will coach a field-based team, drive the homecare sales strategy, and identify growth opportunities while strengthening relationships with clinicians, wholesalers and key stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally to maximise commercial outcomes and represent the company at industry events. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to shape growth and improve patient care. You will join a market-leading team that values development, collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the national sales team to deliver sustainable growth
  • Support the development and delivery of the UK Homecare sales strategy
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights and sales performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, clinicians and key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate across the wider business to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Represent B. Braun at key industry events and conferences

Key requirements

  • Proven success delivering commercial growth within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing field-based teams
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
  • Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, key stakeholders and influencers
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within the stoma care, continence, homecare or wider community healthcare sector would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK
