Cadeler seeks a Senior Commercial Sales Manager (Scour) to drive commercial activities in scour protection for offshore wind. Based at our global offices, you will lead tender processes and build trusted client partnerships across developers and internal teams.

You will own pricing, risk assessments, and contract negotiations, while shaping tender strategies and ensuring proper handover to projects. Strong English, 5+ years offshore wind sales, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
