Cloud Engagement Leader – Life Sciences and Healthcare

Overview

In this senior leadership role, you own the Microsoft business within a Life Sciences and Healthcare portfolio in the UK, driving cloud-enabled transformation. You will collaborate with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders and client executives to shape and close Microsoft cloud engagements and expand them across priority accounts. You guide clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies, and you are accountable for bookings and revenue within your portfolio. You act as a strategic coordinator across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to ensure sustainable, scalable growth and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Microsoft business within the assigned portfolio
• Collaborate with leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders and client executives to drive cloud-enabled transformation
• Initiate, shape, close and expand Microsoft cloud transformation engagements across priority accounts
• Guide clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies
• Own bookings and revenue closure and coordinate across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery
• Manage portfolio as a business with a proactive, accountable approach to performance

Key requirements

• Experience leading cloud transformation engagements with a focus on Microsoft technologies
• Ability to own bookings and revenue closure in a senior capacity
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Experience working with clients in Life Sciences and Healthcare (preferred)
