Sr Associate / Associate – Nuclear & Energy Projects – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will join a market-leading Nuclear & Energy Projects team to advise on high-profile, large-scale energy developments. You will collaborate across planning, construction, regulatory, corporate and finance to support procurement, risk allocation and project delivery. You will shape transactional and regulatory documentation for national energy projects while helping clients navigate the energy transition. Responsibilities

• Advise on high-profile nuclear and clean energy projects across the lifecycle
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory and project documents
• Support procurement strategy, risk allocation and project delivery
• Collaborate with government bodies, developers, funders and international energy clients
• Work with planning, construction, regulatory, corporate and finance specialists
• Shape the future of the UK’s energy transition and low carbon infrastructure

Key requirements

• Strong commercial, projects, construction or regulatory experience
• Energy sector experience welcome but not essential
• Confident handling of complex, multi-stakeholder matters
• Excellent drafting skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Commercially aware, organized and capable of managing client relationships
• Willingness to work on major national infrastructure and cutting-edge energy projects
