Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of finance business partners to high performance
• Provide high-quality financial support and insights to senior stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with operational and executive leaders to influence decisions
• Support long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, analysis and partnering activities
• Contribute to transformational change programmes with strong financial oversight
• Provide clear financial analysis to support investment decisions and priorities
• Champion financial accountability and best practice across the organisation

Key requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven track record in finance leadership and business partnering
• Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams in a complex organisation
• Confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute, strategic, and highly analytical
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management
