Residential Groundworks Contracts Manager: Lead Multi-Site

Nicholas Associates Group is partnering with a residential groundworks contractor in a growth phase to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. You will oversee 4–5 projects concurrently, managing pre-start through handover and coordinating with clients, site managers and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, cost control and health & safety knowledge, plus a proactive, team-first attitude to support the company’s ambitious plans for 2027/28.
