Overview

In this role you support financial operations for a facilities management environment, handling fixed/variable billing, cost reconciliations, and budget preparation. You collaborate with operational teams and central finance to ensure spend, forecasts, and SLAs are aligned, while solving billing queries and maintaining confidentiality. You drive accurate reporting and contribute to project financials, enabling effective cost control and decision-making. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with opportunities to improve processes and financial insights.

Responsibilities

  • Process fixed and variable billing on time per due process
  • Complete reconcilia­tions of costs (fixed, variable, overtime, consumables, service charge)
  • Generate financial reports and forecasts for clients and internal use
  • Prepare building/estate service charge budgets accurately
  • Support stock tracking against spend and forecast for operations
  • Assist with purchase orders and collaborate with central finance on budgets
  • Resolve client and contractor finance queries and escalate as needed
  • Resolve billing/invoice queries with central teams
  • Work with service providers to ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and staff information
  • Provide clerical/administrative support to projects
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors
  • Comply with OCS, client and site policies and procedures
  • Reconciliation experience (income, bank, balance sheet) and attention to detail
  • Build and maintain simple spreadsheets; fix formulas; understand PO reviews

Key requirements
