Finance Business Partner

Overview

In this role, you will act as a Finance Business Partner supporting key venues accounts, blending strategic insight with hands-on financial management. You will collaborate with operational leaders to drive performance, optimize working capital, and support strategic decisions. The role combines office work, client site visits, and remote collaboration, with a strong focus on process improvement and data-led decision making. You will leverage Dynamics and Power BI to deliver clear financial analysis and support senior leadership with reporting and KPI tracking. Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and regional reports in compliance with accounting standards
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support strategic goals
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
• Drive process orientation and data-led decision making for improved control and time savings
• Simplify complex processes and communicate insights to non-financial managers
• Identify and implement effective processes to enhance controls and efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI for actionable financial analysis
• Support senior leadership with financial presentations, reporting, and KPI tracking

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Proven experience in management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate financial insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (Dynamics, Power BI)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-team relationships
