Duty Manager — Lead Fast-Paced Airport Retail Shifts

SSP UK & Ireland is recruiting a Duty Manager for M&S Simply Food at Stansted Airport. Earn £14.25 per hour, with an extra £1.50 per hour for hours from midnight to 6 am, bringing the rate to £15.75 per hour. The role is full-time (40 hrs) with shifts from 4:30am to 00:30, across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

You will lead a high-energy retail team, manage opening/closing, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving performance and improvements in a fast-paced environment.
