Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, knowledgeable experience to every customer
- Keep the shop floor looking the way it should
- Achieve individual sales and service targets
- Develop expert product knowledge across the collection
- Share customer feedback and commercial insights with management
About You
You’ve worked in retail or a customer-facing role before. You’re confident, curious, and you take pride in the details. You don’t need a script to start a conversation. Premium or fashion footwear experience is a bonus, but an interest is a must.
- Previous retail experience, or a strong interest in luxury fashion
- Confident, friendly, chatty and enthusiastic personality
- Passionate about sneakers, shoes, and great customer experience,
- Must be available to work weekends and key busy periods (e.g., holidays, launches)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to keep up with a fast retail pace
