Customer Success Associate – Adoption & Growth

Moody’s Corporation, in partnership with hackajob, seeks a Customer Success professional based in the UK. You will be accountable for your customers’ overarching success throughout the lifecycle, including adoption, account health and retention at scale.

You will act as trusted advisor, sharing industry best practices and resources, such as training, user events, webinars, product releases, and more. English and German communication is required, with travel up to 25% of the time.
