Overview

In this role you will join a national Real Estate Finance team in Norwich to advise on high‑profile financing transactions. You will handle a diverse caseload and work closely with the head of department as the team grows. You will support banks, funds and corporate clients on both international and national financings, from lender to borrower perspectives. Responsibilities

• Advise on complex real estate finance transactions for banks, funds and institutional clients
• Manage your own caseload with focus on real estate finance matters
• Lead on transactions from lender and borrower sides where applicable
• Collaborate with the head of department and contribute to growth of the team
• Support cross-border financing matters (international and national)

Key requirements

• 8+ years PQE
• experience handling own caseload in real estate finance
• background in banking and finance with real estate focus
• ability to manage transactions from both lender and borrower perspectives
